Founded in Melbourne, Lonvera began in property: acquiring, developing and managing land and communities across Victoria.

As the business grew, it extended into funds management, providing access to investment opportunities for individuals, families and SMSFs. The proposed fund range covers multi-asset investing, residential and commercial property, and a property-specific strategy for eligible SMSF trustees.

Our approach combines investment selection, risk management and ongoing review. Property operating experience informs how we assess opportunities, while the Investment Committee oversees investment strategy, allocation and risk.
